Summit Projects

Bryan Bentrott formed Summit Development Corporation in 2014 with the express purpose of entitling a 97-acre parcel of land called “The Ranch at Eastvale”. Summit sold the entire site to First Industrial in February 2016. After completing all required infrastructure First Industrial sold 26 acres back to the partnership entity known as “Eastvale One, LLC” in October 2017.

Bentrott recruited Aaren Kisner to join the company in 2018. Bentrott and Kisner have completed over 1M square feet of new entitlements in the past six (6) years.
