We also meticulously review construction loan draws, lien releases, and progress payments to contractors, ensuring financial transparency and accountability throughout a project’s lifecycle. As a project approaches completion, we coordinate with city officials to secure final signoffs and carefully address punch list items to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of quality.
