Bryan Bentrott – Principal
Bryan founded Summit Development Corporation after a combined 18 year experience at Master Development Corporation (“MDC”) and DEXUS Property Group (“DEXUS”). At MDC, Bryan focused on property acquisitions, forming joint ventures and overseeing the sales, leasing and property management of MDC’s completed inventory.
As Managing Director, Asset Management & Acquisitions at DEXUS, Bryan focused on acquisitions and leasing in the three (3) Core West Coast Markets of Seattle, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Under Mr. Bentrott’s direction, DEXUS acquired $80M of new acquisitions within 12 months following the establishment of the West Coast Office in June 2010.
Bryan graduated with a B.A. degree in Political Science from Stanford University in 1983. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (“CPM”) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IREM”).

Aaren Kisner – Project Manager
Aaren began working as a consultant for Summit Development Corporation in January 2018 and became a full time employee as of September 2018. As a Development Project Manager, Aaren is responsible for a variety of tasks including contract and lease preparation, due diligence, entitlement and construction loan draws. In addition to these duties, Aaren acted as the primary support person for the sale of two industrial buildings in Rancho Cucamonga valued at $7.9M. Aaren assembled all due diligence information, prepared the purchase and sale contract and coordinated the escrow closing. Aaren handled similar duties for the closing of an $8M construction loan with Union Bank. This loan is financing the construction of an 88,500 square foot building in Eastvale, California and Aaren is presently acting as the project manager for this building.
